Once you're booked in, you'll receive your website pack — everything you need to start pulling your content together, including planners, questionnaires, brand shoot guidance, and more.

We'll also meet for a one-hour strategy session. This is where we map out your ideas, talk through the structure of your site, and I use my design and business experience to guide you toward what will actually work.

You'll leave with a clear plan and the confidence to move forward.

Using your guided website pack, you'll prepare your content to fit within your chosen design. You're never doing this alone — I'm available by email throughout, and we have a check-in call a few days before your content is due so you can bring any questions.

Once your content is in, we get to work behind the scenes. We take everything you've submitted — your words, images, preferences, and strategy — and begin shaping the visual direction of your site.

You'll receive a home page mock-up to review before we build a single page. That way, you can see exactly how it's all coming together and approve the direction before we go further.

This is where it all comes to life. Your project becomes our sole focus — we build, you review, we refine. There are multiple checkpoints for your feedback so the final result is always a site you genuinely love.
