Before we meet, do a little homework. Browse our packages and pricing so you have a feel for the investment before we talk. Then fill out our short questionnaire — it helps me understand your business and means we hit the ground running on our call.

From there we'll chat through the details, answer your questions, and work out if we're the right fit for each other.

If it's a yes from both sides — you'll select your package, pay your deposit, and lock in your start date.

Once you're booked in, you'll receive your website pack — everything you need to start pulling your content together, including planners, questionnaires, brand shoot guidance, and more.

We'll also meet for a one-hour strategy session. This is where we map out your ideas, talk through the structure of your site, and I use my design and business experience to guide you toward what will actually work.

You'll leave with a clear plan and the confidence to move forward.

Using your guided website pack, you'll prepare your content to fit within your chosen design. You're never doing this alone — I'm available by email throughout, and we have a check-in call a few days before your content is due so you can bring any questions.

To get the best result, we ask that you provide a professional brand guide outlining your colour palette, typography, and how they should be used across a website. We do not work with DIY branding, not because we are precious about it, but because it genuinely affects the outcome.

Honestly, your logo is the least important branding element when it comes to building a great website. What matters most is a professional brand guide, your colour palette and font system, so we can create something that feels cohesive and considered from every angle.

Absolutely and it is something we care deeply about. A website you cannot manage yourself is not serving you the way it should. Every site we build comes with access to our dedicated client learning portal, a full library of training videos recorded specifically for your design, so you can find answers quickly without having to wait on us.

You also get one month of personal email support after handover. If something comes up, we are here. After that, ongoing support packages are available if you would like us to stay in your corner long-term.

Yes, fully. Your website is built on Squarespace, Showit, or Shopify depending on your package, and every platform is designed to be edited without needing a developer every time something changes.

During the build we follow a structured process and do not make custom layout changes mid-project, but once the site is handed over it is yours to adjust, update, and grow as your business evolves. We will provide video tutorials to show you exactly how.

Our packages cover the full strategy, design, and build of your website. The following fall outside the scope and are your responsibility to source separately:
